    Indianapolis 500 commemorative glass from 1970 in excellent condition. On the back are listed all of the Indy 500 winners from Roy Harroun who came out of retirement to win the first Indy 500 in 1911—driving the #32 Marmon "Wasp" and using a rear-view mirror rather than a driving mechanic—to Al Unser, who won the Indy 500 four times, including two in consecutive years. These collectible glasses were given as holiday gifts to VIPs. SEE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS BELOW.
    On the front: the winged tire logo of Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and the printed signature of Tony Hulman, long-time owner and "face" of the Speedway.
    On the back: a veritable "Who's Who" of race car drivers from 1911 to 1970 including notables such as Gaston Chevrolet, Tommy Milton, Bill Vukovich, Bill Cummings, Wilbur Shaw, A.J. Foyt, Jim Clark, Graham Hill, Parnelli Jones, Bobby and Al Unser, Mario Andretti, and many others.
    Glass is clear and bright, free of chips, cracks, hazing, and marks. Excellent condition but for most of the gold being worn from the rim. Measures approximately 2 7/8" diameter and 4 3/4" tall (7 x 12cm).
