    Description

I personally use this oil when I cook with cast iron and it is great.  It's a neutral oil so you will not taste it in your food and it has a high smoke point!  T
his oil is entirely a monounsaturated fat, so it is completely heart healthy.
This oil is even more heart healthy than the infamous olive oil, which is only 73% monounsaturated fat
.  This is a discontinued, but excellent product so scoop some up now while you can.
I am selling this as a three pack and each bottle is good until at least November 1st, 2021.
