    Unfortunately as much as each manufacturer does everything they can to bring you the best product(s) they can offer, manufacturer's defects does happen. We all hope those parts will never find their way onto our projects. But when they do, what to do if one of these defects find it's way to you. While those parts will be replace, there is a process. Since I do not offer warranty other than the manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacturer has a specific way on how they process defect exchanges. Each manufacturer's defect case is handle uniquely to each case. As much as we try to streamline it. Sometimes this does not goes as plan. Please try to follow and understand the next few steps to insure the defective product(s) is exchanged as smoothly as possible.

    I
    f you have manufacturer's defect product(s), please document the defect by taking pictures and/or video and/or taking notes.
    2)
    Contact us with the issue/defect and try your best to explain the defect as soon as possible. Also send pictures, video and/or notes you have taken.
    3)
    Not every return/exchange needs to have a case open (
    cases are mostly for when you have no communication between the buyer and seller
    )
    4)
    I will need to bring this defects to the manufacturer's attention. This may take from moments to a day or two for the manufacturer to reply to the claim of 'Manufacturer's Defect'. Each manufacturer has an investigation process, It can only go as fast as manufacturer process these claims.
    5)
    I will communicated with you on each step the manufacturer brings to my attention. Sometimes this may take a few message from me to the buyer and/or a few messages from me to the manufacturer. While some manufacturers prefer you to contact them directly with defect claims, other manufacturers prefer you work with the retailer you purchase your product(s) with.
    6)
    If you choose to work directly with the manufacturer with your claim. I can not be held liable or responsible with the manufacturer's actions or conclusions of your claim(s) since I have been taken out of the loop of communication. You will need to complete the entire claim with the manufacturer.
    The steps above are just a few guides to help with exchanging or returning of a manufacturer's defects. Not all manufacturer process cases the same, the process can go very smoothly while other may not. Your patience will be very grateful.
