Model #YM80, designed and manufactured by Euro Cuisine.  It is made of white plastic with clear lid and includes seven glass jars with lids.  Dimensions: 9 1/2" x 9 1/2" x 6".  It is previously owned, never used, and in beautiful working condition.  Also included is the user manual.
