She is a beautiful doll that was modeled after a real girl from Senegal.
She has long thick human hair that falls over her shoulders.
She is wearing a sienna colored linen dress and  soft white pinafore embellished with possibly Battenburg lace.
Underneath her dress she has handmade undergarments.
Fatou comes in her original box.  No COA  Box has some damage from storage.
This doll is said to be the most expensive of all the dolls from the Barefoot Children collection.
She comes from the smoke free home of a doll collector.
