Seat Mat Emulator
is designed as a quality alternative to bypass faulty seat occupancy mat/pad sensor and turn off the airbag light. It completely simulates the passenger in the seat and re-activates the airbag system making it deploy in case of an accident, therefore, allowing to pass the car test.
Seat Belt Simulator
(if applicable) is designed to bypass safety belt warning light/alarm which occurs after fitting Seat Mat Emulator as the seat becomes always occupied. Applies to vehicles with factory installed seat belt warning.

: For variants with 3 wires red, brown and white colours seat occupancy mat plug as in the picture below. For some variants 2 wire seat belt device may not work as expected in such case please contact us by eBay or email.

Compatibility Pre-Check
With ignition off move the passenger/driver seat all the way up and lean the seat forward or backwards to gain good access.
From the rear under the seat locate small black 4 prong plug with 3 wires WHITE- signal, RED - battery (+), BROWN - ground as in the picture below. This plug is located right underneath the seat and seat occupancy mat wires come from vertical and horizontal seat cushions joint.
If other wire colours are present make sure to check the opposite side of the plug which is located at the front or rear of the seat.
For some variants, this plug may be hidden under the seat cushions. Also, make sure no to confuse the correct plug with seat heater usually similar 3 wire prong connector. BMW cars manufactured roughly till 2012 future the same colour wires. If you can't locate it then please contact us by eBay message and specify the Last 7 Digits of car Chassis, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and we will check the compatibility for you.

Return Policy
Before you return any of our items please make sure to contact us via eBay or email first so that we provide a correct return address for you.
If it appears that you have purchased wrong type item, changed your mind or item does not work as expected we'll be glad to offer replacement or refund within 60 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns after 3 months of receipt. For items returned in broken, damaged condition only partial or no refund will be issued.
Please pack it safely in small/standard size bubble envelope and send it back by standard shipping method as a letter or large envelope, no express or special delivery is necessary. Make sure you include your eBay username, full name, purchase date and the reason for the return, for us to be able to process replacement/refund efficiently.
Opening return request isn’t necessary. Item(s) has to be returned or on its way back before any refund can be processed. Returned items have to be in its original condition with all accessories that were included at the time of purchase.
In cases where our item(s) after testing will be confirmed as not functioning properly or faulty, we’ll credit your return fees. In other cases, if a device was purchased by mistake or changed your mind buyer himself would be responsible for return fees.
We are unable to provide prepaid return labels for customers outside the UK but we'll still credit your return fees when an item is faulty/damaged.
